I got my degree in psychology and Masters in Social
work at Michigan State University in 2019. I’ve been trained in CBT, DBT, and continue to
learn the ever-evolving sciences around the brain, trauma, the body, and how it's all
connected. I’ve spent time interning in the family court system. I’ve spent many
years working with at risk juveniles as both a mentor in mentorship programs, and in the
juvenile detention system.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University, which I completed in 2019. My undergraduate experience was exceptionally formative, as it introduced me to the essential concepts of racial inequality, privilege, the patriarchy, intersectionality, and gender norms. I went on to earn my Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2021.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Windsor and completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Wayne State University, where I specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT) and Motivational Interviewing(MI). I’m a licensed therapist in both Ontario and Michigan with experience supporting individuals across a range of settings and challenges.
