Christine is an empath who has always been drawn to helping others on a more personal ,soulful and spiritual level. During her own healing journey, she discovered and fell in love with several beneficial healing modalities such as Reflexology and Reiki that have helped to calm, ground and center her in order to start the healing process.

As a counselor by nature, she wholeheartedly believes that healing starts from within.
