ADHD & ESA EVALUATIONS IN SOUTHFIELD, MI
ADHD & ESA Evaluations
Difficulties with focus, organization, impulsivity and follow-through can affect school, work, relationships and everyday life. Our ADHD assessments can provide greater clarity, helpful recommendations and a better understanding of what you or your child may be experiencing.

Clarity Can Help You Move Forward
ADHD does not always look like obvious hyperactivity or an inability to pay attention. It can also appear as chronic procrastination, forgetfulness, emotional overwhelm, difficulty managing time or the feeling that everyday responsibilities require far more effort than they should.
For some people, these challenges have been present since childhood. For others, they become more noticeable as responsibilities increase at school, work or home. A professional ADHD assessment can help identify patterns, provide meaningful answers and guide your next steps.
Luna Health provides ADHD assessments for children, adolescents and adults. Assessments are available as an evaluation alone or with a comprehensive written report, depending on your needs.
An ADHD Assessment May Help If You or Your Child Experiences:
Difficulty Focusing or Staying on Task
Procrastination or Trouble Getting Started
Forgetfulness or Frequently Losing Things
Poor Time Management and Organization
Restlessness or Difficulty Slowing Down
Impulsive Decisions or Interrupting Others
Challenges at School or Work
Emotional Overwhelm or Frustration

More Than a Label—A Clearer Path Forward
Understand What You’re Experiencing
An assessment can help connect patterns that may otherwise feel unrelated, such as forgetfulness, unfinished tasks, emotional frustration and difficulty keeping up with responsibilities.
Receive Personalized Recommendations
Your provider will explain the findings and discuss recommendations based on your individual needs. These may include counseling, practical strategies, additional medical consultation or support at school or work.
Choose the Right Assessment Option
Luna Health offers an ADHD evaluation alone or an evaluation with a comprehensive written report. Our team can help you determine which option best fits your reason for seeking an assessment.
Emotional Support Animal Evaluations
For some people living with a mental health condition, an emotional support animal may provide comfort, connection and meaningful support in daily life. Luna Health offers structured ESA evaluations to determine whether an emotional support animal is clinically appropriate and medically necessary.
The process may include two to three clinical sessions, a review of relevant documentation and additional contact when appropriate and authorized. Every situation is evaluated individually, and completing an assessment does not guarantee that ESA documentation will be provided.
ADHD assessments and ESA evaluations are self-pay services and are not covered by insurance. Our team will explain the process, available options and pricing before you schedule.
