After the death of her ex-husband Kristy Sue found a passion for empowering others to find inspiration during loss. She welcomes those honoring all losses and layers of grief from past, present to future. She approaches each individual as a whole mind, body and soul acknowledging your relationship with grief as an individual, while validating the influences of the collective. She approaches grief with a somatic, spiritual, energetic and mindful overview. Her practice includes Movement, EFT, Restorative Yoga, Reflexology, Death Meditation, Sacred Rest, Energetic Work. and Rituals.
